Low Carb Ice Cream

I just chucked out a whole 1/2 gallon of low carb ice cream
because it is too good. While it has low carbs, it contains
a lot of fat. That can't be any good either. Any thoughts on that?
I could easily dive into it without a second thought. So I thought
I should get rid of it.

It is interesting how these low-carb prodcuts rope
people in, isn't it? I guess it's not much different
than the low fat products that have no fat but twice
the sugar. Things that taste that good have to have
something wrong with them! (like your new graphic :)

Low-carb ice cream has a LOT of saturated fat.

I agree, some of them ARE too good! I induldge in a low-carb ice cream sandwich every now and then. (I buy a box maybe once every few months.) The sandwiches are a good way for me to control my portions because I can't cheat on my serving size. LOL.

It's important to remember that calories still count, too. I noticed that some of the low carb soups have twice as much fat and calories than their counterparts. Doesn't make sense to me, because really all you need to do to make a good soup low carb is take out the rice, noodles or potatoes. Should be FEWER calories!
