Not sure about you guys, but we are in a winter storm watch here in Michigan. We had a warm spell last week that melted all our snow, but we woke up this morning to white everywhere. We are forecasted to get 6-9 more inches between today and tomorrow. I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere today! Now I can hunker down, be lazy and try to beat this cold I'm afraid I'm getting. I've been taking Airborne cold fighter, which I *just* realized might be sugar-laden. So much for my perfect record on P1! LOL. Oh well, I'd rather blow my diet than get sick at this point, so I'll keep taking it.
I stepped on the scale this morning, and was happy to see I'm back down to 183, which means I've gotten rid of all the holiday weight gain (3 lb). My BIG goal for the moment is to get into the 170's, which is somewhere I've never been in my adult life. I've actually gone down as low as 181, but have pretty much been hovering between 182-184 since August. Now I'm ready to KICK IT into high gear.
Not sure what we're doing for dinner tonight, but here is my menu so far:
B: two egg scramble w/ham and zuchinni and LC cheese wedge (I actually got in my a.m. veggies for once!); coffee w/milk
S: celery w/peanut butter
L: lettuce didn't look good, so had leftover coleslaw and an artichoke.
S: cucumbers w/smoked salmon
D: tuna burgers
S: yogurt w/cinnamon and Splenda
Have a good day, friends!

Morning Leslie!
Good morning!
It's yucky and wet here, too :-( I hate rainy days when I have to work...all I want to do is curl up on the couch with a book, a cup of tea, and maybe a movie for later! These are the days when it's bad that my desk is so far away from everyone else's, I'm soooooo tempted to put in a DVD and slack off ;-)
Last night was really, really good...I stuck to the plan for dinner (fish over spinach greens, with whole grain bread on the side), and then after dinner when my BF had some ice cream I only took one teeny tiny bite...not great, but better than giving in and having a cup myself! Instead, I made myself my own version of the peanut butter cups (I use semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of the fudgesicles) and reminded myself how yummy they are!
So here's today's menu (which I've been sticking to so far):
B: Microwave scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach
S: Peanuts and a cheese wedge
L: Tossed salad, maybe a bowl of soup
Tea-Time: Orange
D: Stir-fry for the BF and me, probably hot dogs, mac 'n' cheese, and broccoli for the Munchkin (she has a severe sesame allergy, I don't want to chance it).
If I'm hungry after dinner I'll probably make up another batch of the chocolate peanut butter "pudding" and see if Munchkin will try it with me :-)
