Okay, so I am 8 days from starting phase 2, but had a question about the bread products I am dreaming of having for breakfast starting on that very first day..:)
We have always bought 100%whole wheat bread, but I am pretty picky about what kinds I get/got, because I do not like seedy breads, or breads with crunchy things in them..lol. Anyone know in particular which breads on the allowance list I could have that do not have crunchy things or visible seeds in the bread?

Our house bread, even pre-SBD, has always been Freihofer's 100% whole wheat.
