Good Morning P2ers!

Well I had some trouble getting into IVillage this morning around 6am.  I couldn't post or anything.  I tried 3 different computers and I kept getting an error message.  Now I'm at work and so far so good.  Funny, huh?

I was out shopping last night trying to find shirts to wear for my PT job.  Did you know you can never find anything when you're looking for it? LOL  It seems to be difficult to find decent black or white shirts with collars or turtlenecks that are reasonably priced.  The search continues....

Today & tomorrow will be long for me.  With both jobs I won't be home until after 10:30 tonight or tomorrow.  I'll try to pop in here and there from my day job at least.

How are you all today?  We're getting a blast of very cold weather the next few days.  How about you?  What are the temps in Alaska now Tricia?

I've been stuck at the same weight for a week now.  Why is it so hard to lose this time around?  I bet you'll say I need to exercise more, right? ;-)   I'm sure you're right!

Breakfast:  Today I had Kashi GoLean with milk and some coffee

Lunch: grilled chicken & asparagus

Snack: yogurt

Dinner:  Something quick....maybe salad?

Have a happy Hump Day everyone!!

This has been a rough week for me -- having to attend work
seminars with all food supplied for the week. And two
birthdays (one being mine) this week. People were cracking
up at lunch yesterday because I was sitting next to the
dessert table and had a piece of chicken for dessert (because
I opted for the beef for lunch). I allowed myself some apple pie
last night and worked out extra hard this morning.

Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with soy milk
Snack: chunk of 50% cabot cheddar cheese
Lunch: Salad with a few slices of turkey and some soy nuts and parm
Snack: yogurt and peanut butter
Dinner: Chicken Mole from the SBD cookbook
w/Broccoli

Good morning P2'ers!

Suzy, I totally feel for you with the two jobs...I was doing that up until Thanksgiving-ish and quit my second job because I just couldn't stand the thought of working retail during the holidays again this year!!! It's exhausting, but you do begin to adjust after awhile.

Yesterday was better than expected :-) We ended up going out to lunch, so I ordered a salad and had them leave the bread off the sandwich and serve it over greens. Had spaghetti for dinner, and I turned down the yummy leftover chocolate balls from Saturday's party in favor of the Choc. PB pudding :-)

So, today's plan:

B: scrambled eggs and cheese (yawn, but I'm going shopping tomorrow night)

MS: apple with PB

L: Leftover WGWW spaghetti (itty bitty bit of sauce), side salad, diet soda

AS: Veggie crudite w/ dip

D: Turkey Taco Pockets, taco dip, and Leftover Soup (made from whatever vegetables are leftover in the fridge, seasoned with Mexican spices).

Shan

Suzy, I usually buy Bosca products but my local Stop & Shop didn't have them when I was at the supermarket so I subsituted the Morning Star. I can't say I ever had problems freezing these products. Hugs Maryann
