Low carb bread products

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but...
My mother is on Atkins so we have tons of "low carb" stuff in my house. I know most of it is a no-no but she brings home all of these breads and bagels from a very upscale bakery dedicated to those types of things. Some of the breads and bagels even have 0 net carbs. I know we are not supposed to be counting carbs, but is this bread ok for P2?

7 grain fiber:
ALmond flour, soy flour, bran flour, WW flour, oat flour, sunflower seeds, sesame flour, unbleached flour, vital wheat, wheat germ, salt, anise seeds, naltisweet, cream of tartar, egg whites, soybean oil, dry yeast, water, soy protien. It looks like it has 4 grams of fat but no SF (the label is hard to read)

7 grain fiber bagels:
same as above plus sesame & poppy seeds, dehydrated onion & garlic at the end of the list.

are these p2 ok or are the breads in the supermarket better?

THanks!

Hi Pinkie,

Does it list the grams of fiber?

Cathy,
Both the bread and bagel have 4g per 1 oz serving. So they're ok then?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Pinkie,

Many breads labeled low-carb have added saturated fats and/or enriched (fiber-stripped) flour.

Thanks Maggie,
I always get confused about this stuff, I just want to be educated for P2!
