Good Morning Friends!

Sorry I wasn't here yesterday.  I ended up staying home out of sheer exhaustion....I quit my PT job after experiencing pathetic training and bad attitudes among some of the staff.  It's just not worth it I decided. :-(  I will look for something that pays more and that I can just do for a few hours on the weekend so I don't get so tired during the week.

I will get this rolling since I'm so late today.....

B: yogurt & Kashi & coffee

S: mozz stick

L: chicken & veg soup

S: rykrisp & lite laughing cow

D: ???

I'll talk to you later!

Have a good weekend!  It's only a high of 3 degrees here today.....brrrrrr (wind chills -20 below or worse).

Hi everyone -
I've been MIA for a day or so because I've been busy with a freelance job. I like being busy, but there is always guilt for not spending as much quality time with my kids. They seem to be doing fine though. Right now they are having a picnic with the pretend food and utensils in the family room.

Sorry to hear about your job, Suz. Good luck in finding something you like better!

Here is my food plan for today:

B: 2 egg scramble w/zuchinni and ham; coffee w/milk (this is starting to feel like a rut, but I like it so much I don't want to have anything else! LOL)

S: nope

L: leftover salmon mixed w/mayo, celery and onions. Ate as a kind of dip, with celery stalks

S: nuts -- more than a serving, for sure! Now I have to skip the PB in my yogurt tonight.

D: Asian Chicken in the crockpot. One of my old favorites, and I only recently realized that it's SBD friendly. :) We'll have it with brocolli and maybe rice if DH insists.

S: yogurt or SF fudge pop.

Talk to you all soon!

Kathy - your "mom" day sounds like mine! How old is your baby? Do you have other kids? Mine are 4 and almost 2. So far today, I got one load of dishes done, 4 loads of laundry so far, picked up the toys in the family room, and I feel like I've barely made a dent in it!

DH wants to have an at home date night (pretty much rent a movie and get cuddley... LOL), so I wanted to get the house picked up a little first, so that I had one less thing to think about. :)
