How did you do on p1? I lost around 7lbs and my clothes is definately less snug!
Yesterday I had whole grain bread with my veggie chili and it was soooo good, but I couldnt even eat a whole slice! I did however pig out on fruit yesterday as work had a big fruit platter, but hey I resisted the sweet platter all together.
Just wanted to check in and see how everyones doing!

Congrats on being down 7 lbs, that is great!
I'm down 5 lbs from phase 1 :o)
Yesterday I had whole wheat pasta (with a little homemade sauce from my mom) for dinner and I had an orange for my evening snack - it was soooo good!
I'm only down 3.5 and was tempted to stay on P1.
But I read all the threads and it sounds like adding some carbs can actually help with weight loss. So I had some brown rice last night...YUM!
Hey 3.5 is better than nothing...AND my clothes are feeling loser.

I lost 8 lbs on phase one and really enjoying the phase 2 with a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter in the morning for breakfast. I'm going to hold off with the fruit until week 3 since I am a little nervous about gaining anything back, so I'll slowly work my way into it. :)

Hi there! It's great there are so many of us..next year when we are all much smaller and healthier, we should all meet somewhere at a spa...:)
I have lost 7 pounds since starting P1..I did feel a whole lot better until I started getting this nasty cold..I SO WANT a cough drop but all the ones we have are with sugar...I am going to the store in a bit and heading straight for the cough drop aisle for some sugar free ones. PLUS DH is in TX for the rest of the week for work...(we live in New Hampshire)...grrr...I swear my once a year cold comes on the worst week. lol
I honestly haven't added any new carbs in, aside from a small amount of cantelope at bkfst Sunday am...which is a day early, but we went to a buffet with friends and they had KILLER food I wanted..make your own chocolate chip waffles...pancakes...sconces..all the good stuff, so a very small amt of cantelope was acceptable, I think..;) I think I am going to make a piece of PB toast now, though, to have with my tea. I hope it tastes wonderful...I know that cantelope did! It was a better feeling than eating a bag of M&M's in my former life...:)
COngrats to you all! I think we may have beaten the odds to make it successfully to week 3...! I wish you all continued strength and focus!

I'm down 4 pounds (17 to goal). Doing fine. Last night, I ate a BIG fresh salad with chicken breast on the top; it was so good that I didn't even use any dressing AT ALL, LOL. Topped the meal off with a sugar-free fudgsicle that was yummy.
This morning I ate a nice ham, tomato, and low-fat cheese omelet. I'm having turkey and salad for lunch, and later a sugar-free pudding for dessert so I can't say that I'm suffering by following the plan. I just hope some more pounds will drop off soon!! :)
