Good Morning!

I still want to respond to all of your posts yesterday but thought I'd better get the ball rolling on this Hump Day.  It's supposed to get to around 44 degrees here today.  Murphy's Law....I washed my car last night and now there's going to be tons of melted dirty snow in the streets to dirty up my car again in not time! LOL!

How are you doing today?  Will you be doing some exercise?  I am determined to do some when I get home.  I am also vowing to do better on drinking water today.

I was working on the website a little more last night.  I hope to finish it up soon.   I love seeing everyone's sites and beautiful photos! :-)

I hope you all have a fabulous day!

Breakfast:  (I know I need to get up earlier and make eggs & canadian bacon....) The "usual" yogurt with Kashi cereal mixed, coffee.

Forgot to bring snack

Lunch:  salad with grilled chicken

Snack:  PB yogurt  (It's just sooo good!)

Dinner:  Unsure at the moment....I will pick a recipe from my SB Cookbook.

Snack:  sf ff pudding

((((Hugs to everyone!))))

LOL! I am glad to see that I am not the only one who does not really dig the FF cheese. It is pretty icky. My dh loves Alton Brown. Honestly, I love a lot of the chefs on Food Network it is kind of hard to pic a favorite.
Now, I would love to have Tyler Florence in my Kitchen for an hour. ;) He is just too cute!

Hi Leslie,

It looks like you got all of us. :) Is that about 8 of us on phase 2 that I counted? Anyways, all of the girls in here are so cool. I can not wait to get to know everyone better.

Thanks for the well wishes! I can not wait to feel better!

Ps. I am so relieved to know that I am not the only one who just does not dig the rubbery blocks of FF and LF Cheeses. Laughing Cow is the only LF cheese I will buy. The rest I use in moderation. :)

Quesadillas sound so good. I will have to pick up some stuff so I can make them SB Style. Thanks for the idea. :)

Hey Shan,

Sorry to hear about the apt. problems. That does not sound like fun although the converted factory apts are really cool. Dh and I looked into the ones in Philly and West Chester, before deciding to move else where.

As for the Greek Restaurant, it all sound so yummy. I would have had the Baklava too! I love that stuff! Living in WV, the closest Greek Restaurant is called The Happy Greek, in Columbus, Ohio. Considering the fact that we will be in town next week too, we might need to go on a road trip. I am starting to run out of some of the stuff I buy at Trader Joe's, so the 2 hour drive might be worth it.

As for Food Network, I have not watched it since starting the SBD, but I have always found ways to convert a lot of the recipes with exception to the ones created by The Two Fat Ladies. I Love The Barefoot Contessa. It has been a challenge, but I have been able to adapt a lot of her recipes in the past. I have not caught The Calorie Comando, but I have heard it is good. When does it come on?

Well, time to start dinner..........

TTFN

Spazz is a total understatement, she was frightening, lol...they played the Psycho music as she exited. She went on this whole "here's what the voices in my head are saying about all of you" rant after her performance, very strange girl, lol.

Hi Kristin!

I am soooooooooooo envious of your weather right about now. A friend of mine just moved to Arizona last week. We are buried in snow here in WV. It really makes me miss my family and the weather I seemed to have left behind in Orlando, FL.

Keep Cool! ;)

Hi Scully!

I hope you're feeling better :-)

We're going to go GeoCaching in the snow this weekend, btw. That travel bug we picked up has a mission to catch another travel bug that just moved, so we have to drop ours somewhere now!

I'm not sure what the Calorie Commando's exact schedule is, I seem to always catch him at random times. The Food Network website has his schedule somewhere along with all his recipes, I love that site! It's www.foodnetwork.com .
