Contains no sugar at all.
The ingrediants are:

cracked wheat, cracked rye and flax seeds.

Its really yummy and filling, I like to add all natural pb to it....

I just looked at the nutritional info on it and it says 1/4 cup has 5.7 fiber.

The problem if you increase the serving size to 1/2 cup this cereal would have over 300 calories.

Well, in this case, I'll add the Food For Life cereals back (6g fiber per serving), and change the guidelines on the Cereals updated list.

It seems that most of the nutritionists responses since January are mentioning the 6 to 8 grams of fiber as a recommendation.

When Ive had it in the past Ive had 1/4c serving and let me tell you it is a stick to your ribs cereal.
Its seriously filling!
It also expands when you heat it up, It atleast doubles in size because it sucks up all the water.
Before SBD I would add some sugar free maple syrup to it or as I mentioned before some pb.
Ive had it with cinnamon and apples before and it was good too.

Maybe Ill add some wheat germ or ground flax to it to up the fibre.
