Happy Friday!!!!  I am so ready to take a nap already. LOL!   Are you also happy the weekend is here?


The boss is around so I'm going to make this quick for now.  I'll check back later.


Have a great day!  The cold weather's coming back here....darn!  


Breakfast:  yogurt & Kashi, coffee


Lunch:  salad w/ grilled chicken


Snack:  RyKrisp & lite laughing cow


Dinner:  ??  I have to see what new recipe I can try.

Still sick but feeling a bit better today. Thanks for the dinner ideas ladies! I ended up taking Scully's idea and made a simple chicken soup but added lentils. It was pretty good and dh liked it too! :o) Here is my menu for today though dinner is again in question because we are probably going out to eat with my FIL who is in town. I hate not knowing where we are going so I can plan ahead but we haven't had a chance to talk with him yet. I will just have to remember to stick with the principals of the diet. (Oh and I did an informal weight check this morning and I was down 3.5 pounds since Monday! I'm not counting it until my official weigh in next Monday though. This will just give me added incentive to eat right this weekend. ;o))

B: 1 piece of ww bread with pb and hot chocolate
S: no snack
L: leftover chicken and lentil soup with a side of cucumbers
S: leftover "Better than Sex Dessert" at work
D: out to eat??
De: apple if hungry

I still haven't tried the PB Yougurt though it definitely sounded good. I just never seem to have any more of my nut serving left at the end of the day. lol Hope everyone has a great weekend!! :o)

Hi Gals, I'm late posting today as I when out in the cold friget weather 0 degrees OUCH!!! to play a friendly day of cards (canaster) with my friends. Nothing to report,except for my weight(4 lbs in 2 weeks) gain. Don't know what to do anymore. Hoping its the anti-biotics that are still in my body as I didn't cheat this week on the beach.If you can find anything wrong with my menu please let me know Hugs Maryann

My menu today:

B=Early Bird Cottage Cheese Pita1/2 c 1% milk for tea.

S= 1 wedge lite Laughing Cow Cheese

L=Greek Gyro Burgers

S=1c l/f yogurt,[ with cheese cubes & grapes we had a the card party}

D= salad with dress. Haddock fish fillet 1/2 c lima beans 1/2 c peas 1 c cauiflower

Dessert= 1 apple
