1st week on phase II, No loss!

Well,I just finished my first week on phase II and I had no loss. All I added was a grain a day. I've read that alot of people don't lose when they start phase II, but it's still kind of depressing. But, I will keep going. This week I will add a fruit along with my grain. Hopefully things will start moving again! Anyone else not have a loss the first week of phase II? And if so, did you continue on to lose in the following weeks?

Hi Bende. I'm in the same boat. I actually went up a couple of pounds when I added carbs back in, then they came back off. So I'm sitting at exactly what I was at the end of Phase I. I did have a bit of a heavy carb weekend though, so I'm going to eat a pretty basic Phase I day today. Make sure to get lots of water in too!
Keep going. We can do this!

So, from your signature, I see that you've lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks? Do you know how awesome that is? :)
From my experience in losing 50+ lbs, the weight loss tends to average out to 1-2 lbs a week no matter what. If I have a big loss one week, I can expect a week or two of no loss (or even a slight gain!). If I have a couple weeks of no loss, then I often see a 2-4 lb loss afterwards. It's weird, but has been a pretty consistent pattern for me so far.
