Good Morning P2 Friends!
I want to thank everyone for posting yesterday. Sorry I didn't get a chance to come back and respond to all of the posts, but I will read them all today and catch up. I had grocery shopping and lots of other errands to do last night. Today I hope to have some quiet "me time" this evening to enjoy reading and responding to posts and working on my websites. :-)
I sure hope everyone is feeling better this week. How is the exercise going?
I can't believe it's going to be 52 degrees here today! It was bitter cold on the weekend so my head is pounding from all the extreme temp changes. It'll drop back to the 30's tomorrow. For those who are snow bound I hope you are doing ok still. Are they getting the streets plowed?
I don't even want to check the scale for the next few days with it being TOM....I have the bloated whale feeling today. LOL
I think we have an awesome group of SB friends here, don't you? :-)
Breakfast: Need I say? LOL Yep....sf ff yogurt & Kashi cereal & coffee
Snack: Mozz stick
Lunch: baked chicken & ww noodles & veggies
Snack: (Hopefully legal) Kashi ff TLC crackers
Dinner: More chicken breast on salad, milk
Snack: fudgesicle

Good morning to you!

Morning ladies, thought I'd pop in before I take off.
Hi girls:
Crazy day here...talked to my management company this morning, they're offering to let me move to another building that they manage, which would mean packing up and moving everything in the next couple of weeks (again). I'm torn...I love the building I'm in, but there are just too many things going on that aren't cool: the car problem, the fact that I got my electric bill and it's $142 for a 1BR apt because of the heating problem. Ironically, the building they're offering me is a couple of blocks away from Munchkin's mom, lol. So it's either move in a couple of weeks in the snow and ice, or else wait until the beginning of April which defeats the purpose of moving to a heat-included building but might solve the car problem, or else talk them into cutting my rent for me to stay where I am. Decisions, decisions.
Anyway, today's menu:
B: LF cottage cheese with cinnamon and Splenda
S: Mixed nuts
L: Chicken Lentil-Barley soup, salad
S: Fruit with cheese wedge
D: Can't decide between spaghetti and grilled broccoli, or Turkey Taco Salads
De: Beach-friendly fudge

Morning!
Not much happening my way.
Hi Suzy and Phase 2 Friends:
I want to thank you so much for the wonderful response I got from all of you,about my ordeal with the snow. Well last night the bull dozers from the armed forces came to dig us out of the roads and parking areas of our condo.This morning my DH was going out the window to get our doors opened (as we were trapped) in our house. He didn't have to go out the window, as the SEA Scouts(young boys & girls) help all Senior Citizen dig out by making a path from the doors to the parking lot. We are so lucky to live in this communinty and town as the got the our names & address from the town hall. We FREE and out of danger. Thank Goodness. Hugs Maryann
My Menu today is:
B=1 c Kashi Good Friends High Fiber(12 grams) cereal with 1/2 c1% milk , with 2 lg Mugs of herbed green tea.
S=3 figs
L=1 c tomato soup with l/f shredded 3 cheese,4 sl turkey pepperoni on 1/2 sl fiber bread.
S= 1 c l/f yogurt

I learned that I can't have them ever. I noticed that this little mishap way back when I was On the weight Watchers Plan. Hugs Maryann
Being snowbound caused me to drink more beer than i would have liked. but it also made me do a lot of shovelling so it all evens out in the end right?? oh and since neither of the roommates were prepared, they ate my south beach meals all weekend. i think they think i'm brainwashing them or something....but they loved everything i made ;)
breakfast: uncle sam cereal with skim milk (and 1/4 of a packet of splenda which made it delish)
lunch: left over chicken mole from last night's dinner from the south beach cookbook. spicy...but making me drink lots of water...and making me take lots of trips to the ladies room...:P, green beans
snack: cheese stick
dinner: more left over mole, roasted peppers and squash
dessert: ricotta creme
