Good Morning P2 Friends!

I want to thank everyone for posting yesterday.  Sorry I didn't get a chance to come back and respond to all of the posts, but I will read them all today and catch up.  I had grocery shopping and lots of other errands to do last night.  Today I hope to have some quiet "me time" this evening to enjoy reading and responding to posts and working on my websites. :-)

I sure hope everyone is feeling better this week.  How is the exercise going?

I can't believe it's going to be 52 degrees here today!  It was bitter cold on the weekend so my head is pounding from all the extreme temp changes.  It'll drop back to the 30's tomorrow.   For those who are snow bound I hope you are doing ok still.  Are they getting the streets plowed?

I don't even want to check the scale for the next few days with it being TOM....I have the bloated whale feeling today. LOL

I think we have an awesome group of SB friends here, don't you? :-)

Breakfast:  Need I say? LOL  Yep....sf ff yogurt & Kashi cereal & coffee

Snack:  Mozz stick

Lunch:  baked chicken & ww noodles & veggies

Snack:  (Hopefully legal) Kashi ff TLC crackers

Dinner:  More chicken breast on salad, milk

Snack:  fudgesicle

Been kind of scarce today. This week is getting to me already! Eeegads. Tonight is dh's night to get up with the little guy though so hopefully I will get a full nights rest. The menu has been lacking...yesterday instead of making meatloaf I popped a frozen salmon filet in the oven and I hated it. Instead I made a salad topped with rasberries and feta. I have also been having my 3 dark chocolate kisses but I find that I want *more* though I haven't splurged yet. Here is the menu for today...

B: whole wheat toast w/pb
S: nuts (about 15)
L: salad with ham and turkey (though I used the restaurants Italian dressing which had 4g of sugar per serving...it was sooo good though).
S: string cheese
D: veggie and chicken concoction that my dh makes. Hard to explain what it is but it has chicken, zucchini, red peppers, green peppers, onions, garlic, marinated artichoke hearts, and sun dried tomatoes with a little pesto added. We just eat it as is though I might have a little whole wheat pasta with it tonight.
De: 3 dark heresy kisses

Oh and my mom is still going strong on SBD and my sister has started too! She doesn't have a lot to lose but it is her wedding that I am in in April so she wants to look her best. Then when my grandparents were visiting my mom they read the book and now they might be starting it too! VIVA LA REVOLUTION!! ;o)

Bets, I love the roasted cauliflower. I try to make extras so I can have some of the leftovers for the next day but, it seems no matter how much I make it all gets eaten. I haven't tried the broccoli yet. I do the cauliflower 30 min @ 400 also.
