I'm ready for my first P2 week!

I did great my first week on P1, I lost about 8-9 lbs! As you know I had a hard time last week, and this weekend I visited my sister with my mom - 3 food-loving women locked in a 1-bedroom apartment :D Let's just say I ate things I shouldn't! LOL! Anyways - I haven't gained anything back, but I'm still at 157. I had a great workout today and I'm ready to eat healthy tomorrow, and work out some more!

Welcome to P2! Events like hanging out with the girls are just the ones to loosen the reigns a little :). Just get back right on track the very next meal.
To warn you, I usually see a gain 3-4 days AFTER my cheats. But it goes away if you keep at it.
