Good Morning!
I see we have a few new Phase 2 friends here this week. Welcome! If you have any questions please feel free to ask. There are many supportive people here to help. :-)
I am getting ready now to take my baby to the vet since his teeth weren't trimmed properly last week. I hate to put him through more surgery, but I can't leave him with uneven teeth which prevent him from eating. :-( My prayers go out to Sara who lost her dear furangel ^Snowflake^ yesterday. It was pretty sudden and I can imagine how sad she is since her baby wasn't very old. :-( ((((((Sara))))))
Here's my day so far.....I lost some water weight from TOM so I'm happy! LOL
Breakfast: Eggbeaters & Canadian Bacon, coffee
Snack: Mozz stick
Lunch: Unsure. Maybe a big salad with leftover grilled chicken
Snack: PB Yogurt
Dinner: Fish & sauteed veggies, glass of milk
Snack: sf ff pudding
Have a good week everyone!

Hi Suzy,
I'm brand new to phase 2 today. This is my first time trying SBD. I lost 8.8 pounds in Phase 1 and I am moving on to phase 2 - thank goodness!! A little about myself - I'm a SAHM right now of triplet boys - they are 8 months old. I'm busy, I hardly plan my food, but since there is nothing illegal in the house, I can't cheat. Also, it's a miracle when I can get out the house (therefore bypassing all that fast-food) so another great way to keep away from bad food.
Right now the only exercise I do is walk the kids everyday. And that's as much as I can handle on such little sleep.
Anyhow, since today is my first day - I've been wanting bread. So for my first day, I'm going to have WW toast (1 slice) with eggs this morning. And probably an apple later.
Gotta go, hope to get to know all of you better!
Natasha

We are getting a lovely, unforcasted, fluffy snow fall. It's warm enough that it isn't sticking to the roads just making everything else look pretty.
