How much damage have I done?

I've been doing so well this past month and the reason I have is because when you stay on program it is soooo easy. Well, last night I decided to eat some Carmel Apple Frango Chocolates (I don't know what made me start but by the time it was over I downed about 6 or 7!) These do not have dark chocolate (which I have been enjoying sparingly since beginning phase 2 with no problems) and of course the filling is all sugar - delicious - but sugar!! I felt a little bad about doing that last night - since I haven't strayed from the plan so far. I felt much worse this morning when my stomach began to feel like a bottomless pit!! It has to be my "Frango indescretion" from last night causing my mouth to resemble a "industrial strength vacuum cleaner" today!!
So far I've only eaten "legal" foods - but way to much - I feel like I'm going to burst but yet I find myself wondering what else "legal" there is around here to eat (I'm at work now). Will these cravings stop soon?

Hi Faith,
First to answer your question "How much damage have I done?", just know it's temporary!
Oh I know exactly how you feel! I've done that to myself on more than one occassion. To answer your question, you have not done ANY damage. Even if you overeat due the cravings, and wind up gaining a pound or two, it will just drop back off as soon as you're back on track.
Do exactly what Maggie said, if you need to. Try to ignore the cravings, eat plenty of good foods and eat often (never hungry, never full), and I'll bet you feel back to normal tomorrow.
I used to hate P1, but now I find it somewhat of a relief sometimes. Knowing that I can undo some damage with a couple days of stricter eating is very reassuring to me.
My favorite anti-craving food is celery with laughing cow cheese on it. Crunchy, cool, tastes rich from the cheese, but really healthy snack.
