Good Morning!

I made it into work in spite of terrible fog and slippery roads.  Happy Hump Day!!

My Gandalf was so sweet last night.  He was running around getting some exercise after I tried feeding him and he kept crawling up on my arm and then my shoulder.  He's never done that before.   He was being so sweet and let me pet him and then ran around some more.  I think he realizes I'm trying to help him (I hope!) :-)

We noticed last night that a new Greek restaurant had opened by where we live.  Dh just had to stop and get some take out.  I resisted and did not get Mousakka that I would have loved to have, instead I only ate 1/2 of a Greek salad with dressing on the side.  When I got home and opened the container with the salad I saw they forgot the olives so it was mostly lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red bell pepper and only a tiny amount of feta cheese.

I will get this going before I get fired for being on the computer & not working. LOL!

Breakfast:  usual sf ff yogurt & Kashi GoLean cereal & coffee

(forgot a.m. snack)

Lunch:  ww pasta & lite cheese/tomato sauce

Snack:  apple & lite LC cheese

Dinner:  SB  chili

Snack:  sf ff pudding

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning,

Busy day yesterday so I didn't get a chance to check in.

This plateau can't last forever, right? This is two and a half weeks with no movement and I'm getting a bit disheartened. Eating has been going very well and I've cut back on the nuts and cheese, but still nothing. I'm going to try increasing my exercise this week.

Today's menu

Breakfast - Broccoli/mushroom omelette with a soy sausage patty
Snack - 1% plain yogurt with 1/2 cup frozen berries
Lunch - 1/2 can tuna fish on 1 slice high fibre toast, salad
Snack - pear
Dinner - chili with turkey meatballs, salad
Dessert - SB Hot chocolate

Have a great day everyone!

Suzy,

Glad you made it with the roads like they are! I have realized my weak time of the day is between my last snack at work and dinner. I get the munchies really bad. I will have to figure that one out. Maybe I just need to eat my last snack right before I leave work.

B: 2 scrambled eggs w/salsa

S: Cheese stick

L: Leftover Chicken Chile Verde w/salad

S: Broccoli w/ranch dip

D: Taco Casserole

Water: 64 oz

Hi everyone,

I'm doing okay so far on Phase 2. No major cravings, had a piece of WW toast with breakfast yesterday - it was yum. And I had a few grapes yesterday ( quite high in sugar I believe), but they were delicious. I maybe had 5 or 6 of them...hardly enough to call a serving.

I don't have time to post my menu since mostly I have no idea what I am going to have next...and time restraints because of the babies.

I am thinking of having popcorn tonight. I haven't had any breads etc today yet, so I'll save for later. I know butter is off limits (although what if you haven't had any oil in your dinner or lunch portion??) but wondering if white cheddar powder okay to use??

Thanks, Natasha

I just got home from the YMCA and was starving. I work out at 12:00 noon so my lunch is always a little late. I try to eat a snack in the mornings so I don't get too hungry but my orange didn't stick with me today. I was still able to get some cardio and weight lifting in though. Susy, I made the pb yogurt like you said but it must not be the right thing for me. I love yogurt with fruit, vanilla, splenda and uncle sam cereal.

menu:
b - half a ww bagel with lf cream cheese and sf jam
s - orange
l - open face cheese sandwich and chili

I have no ideas for the rest of the day. I guess I will have to go to the store and see what looks good.

Cindy
