Good Morning!
I made it into work in spite of terrible fog and slippery roads. Happy Hump Day!!
My Gandalf was so sweet last night. He was running around getting some exercise after I tried feeding him and he kept crawling up on my arm and then my shoulder. He's never done that before. He was being so sweet and let me pet him and then ran around some more. I think he realizes I'm trying to help him (I hope!) :-)
We noticed last night that a new Greek restaurant had opened by where we live. Dh just had to stop and get some take out. I resisted and did not get Mousakka that I would have loved to have, instead I only ate 1/2 of a Greek salad with dressing on the side. When I got home and opened the container with the salad I saw they forgot the olives so it was mostly lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red bell pepper and only a tiny amount of feta cheese.
I will get this going before I get fired for being on the computer & not working. LOL!
Breakfast: usual sf ff yogurt & Kashi GoLean cereal & coffee
(forgot a.m. snack)
Lunch: ww pasta & lite cheese/tomato sauce
Snack: apple & lite LC cheese
Dinner: SB chili
Snack: sf ff pudding

I NEED to post here more often..I say that every time I post here, which is infrequently...
Here's my day..
B- WW english muffin w/PB
No Snack
L-Ate at Pizzeria Uno...had their baked stuffed (with tomatoes and broccoli) chicken, a side of broccoli and a side salad
S-5 grapes (as someone mentioned earlier, they were GOOD!)
D-1 ground turkey patty on 1 slice of WW bread, with a little light mayo and a sprinkle of mozzerella cheese, and a box of frozen brussles sprouts (is it me, or is that hilarious?!)
S-Fudgicle
I am very full and heading to bed soon...I wish there was something fun to do with the 5 or so brussels sprouts left over..an omlet just sounds nasty with them..ewww.

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie!
I started SBD last month, and it's working great! I have been struggling to lose my baby weight (gained 53 pounds with him - ICK!), and I'm finally seeing some results. I'm on a little plateau right now, but I'm trying really hard not to get discouraged. I've been stuck for 2 weeks now. I'm not saying that because I need encouragement - I don't. I know I'll move on. I previously lost 50 pounds and kept if off for 2 years (until pg with ds), and I always plateau when I lose 10% of my body weight. I know it will move again.
Anyway, that's where I am now. I started at 191, I'm at 172, and my goal is 145. Nice to be here!
