What legal foods/beverages give you cravings?

One that sticks out for me is sf jello.  Maybe because it's too sweet, it leaves me wanting something more that's sweet!

I'm finding that fruits will trigger cravings for me. Apples and grapes seem the worse. I have even tried them with different "blockers".

The only fruits so far that don't seem to set me off are berries. I'm working on finding others that work (any suggestions?).

I find it very motivating that I can actually listen to my body and watch for negative effects. Before I was so out of control I couldn't tell what worked and what didn't.

Here's to finding what works for each of us individually!

I personally think that Cathy needs to volenteer to come to my house and cook for a week..is it me, or is she always whipping up something yummy and new? I think her lat name is MacGyver..:)

YAY for Cathy and her neverending ideas! :)

I have a lot of trouble with fruit, and I hate to say it but I tend to avoid it for that reason. Many nights, I do put fruit in my bedtime snack of yogurt, figuring that if I have any cravings I'll sleep through them. LOL.

Carrots by themselves give me cravings too, but they are ok if I have them with other things.

The other "legal" food I have to avoid is whipped cream and cool whip. I go WAY over the serving size and then go back for more. I'd call it more like "barely legal" Haha!

I agree with Jolene, I wish I had the time to come up with this stuff! Can you come and visit me?

I love to experiment too, but my family isn't so eager! LOL! My mom and dad divorced when I was 9 and my mom really took our food in
