Hi Everyone!
I'm in week two of phase 1. I have done pretty well so far... lost 9lbs. I am starting to think about Phase 2 now and am wondering about a couple of things. I have to be honest, I am starting to miss some of the carbs in my diet. At first, I didn't... but, now?
Is it possible to enjoy any of those baked snack products out there and be successful on this diet (ie: doritos or whatever)?
Is it possible to have a 'once in awhile cheat'... and be ok? Or does everything go to pot if you do that?

Melody - another thing to remember is how great those grains will taste when you re-introduce them!

Like Susan said already, you can have occasional treats in the future.
