Happy Friday!!!
I will get this going since I have to go on a museum tour for work (if you can believe it). I'll be back after 12:30 or so to edit more.

I'm soooo happy!!! The scale is finally moving. I'm glad I stuck with it and didn't give up. I've gotten a few really good cardio workouts in this week so maybe it was enough to kickstart the weightloss. I don't know, but I'll take it! Plus, I haven't had any nuts the last few days. Maybe I was sabotaging myself!
Today's meals:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with soy sausage patty and V- 8 juice
Snack: Pear
Lunch: Open face salmon sandwich and side salad
Snack: Celery with roasted red pepper humous
Dinner: Salmon with roast veggies, legal chocolate pudding

Hey all:
Back from training...won't even discuss how "bad" I was all week, except with my caterers, who seemed to lose, forget, or screw up every single SBD-friendly item that I ordered. Around Tuesday, I just gave up, so I'm not in a good place right now, and I'm refusing to weigh in officially this week (I peeked this morning, NOT GOOD, lol).
Anyway, trying to get back on track today, but tomorrow's going to be another useless day. It's my mom's birthday this weekend, so TG and I are going out for the party tomorrow and there won't be anything legal there. And no, I'm not packing my own party food because I don't have time to make it, lol. So, Sunday should be another fun-filled P1 day of withdrawal headaches...so that's on top of feeling lousy for TOM-related reasons (another reason I'm hating this shot and going OFF after my doctor's appointment on Monday!), so I'm in for a less-than-stellar weekend. Hope everyone else's is better!!!!!!!
Today's plan-ish:
B: Apple w/ PB
S: skipped it
L: Hopefully soup, if there is any in the fridge, maybe some zucchini sticks
S: Probably fruit
D: Vegetable-crust pizza
De: Chocolate Peanut Butter cups (if TG didn't eat them all, lol, he discovered them the other night).

Hi Gals:
Well!! I upped my exercising this week and I feel the energy coming back to where it was before getting ill. Aiming for 90 mins per day instead of my 60. right now I'm at 75 mins.
let see if this will help my weight loss. Hugs Maryann
my menu today is:
B=2 slices of l/f soy cheese melted on 1 slice of fiber bread,1 c 1% milk for tea(upped my diary from 1/2 c to 1 c also)
S=Banana Boat
L=Egg Salad on a bed of lettuce with grape tomatoes scattered around plate
S=1 c l/f yogurt
D=salad with F.V., 4oz. cod fish fillets,1 c WW Pasta, 1/2 c green beans,1 c Spianch Leaves
Dessert= 1 fozen banana with chocolate syrup on top
SHAR Big congrats on your weight loss, you did fantastic, I believe that exercising is the key to weight loss.

Thanks Maryann. I'm feeling really good about it too. I usually don't even think about losing weight until about March or April. You know the old "bathing suit syndrome" happening. But, this year I'm already so far ahead of the game. I'm really looking forward to getting into about 1/2 dozen pair of shorts that I haven't been able to wear for a few years! If I lose one more pound, it will be the least I've weighed in almost seven years, since I was pregnant with my 7 year old. I can't wait!

Okay, I'm back...you can read the whole sorrid story of what happened this week up in the Chit Chat folder. Good news is that on Monday I weighed in and I lost 6.5 lbs last week! Lets just hope this week didn't reverse all that progress. Hope everyone else had a good week! I haven't even had a chance to catch up on posts yet. :o)
So today I'm trying to go Phase 1 to get rid of these god-awful cravings...
B: Veggie Omelet (2 eggs, red pepper, and onions) 1 cup of milk
L: Chargrilled Chicken Salad from Chick-Fil-A
S: String Cheese
D: Grilled Sirloin with brocoli
De: maybe some fresh fruit if hungry
Hope everyone has a great weekend! Anyone have plans? We are going to visit my parents so that some relatives can meet Tiernan for the first time. It should be fun and my mom and sister are on SBD so hopefully there will be good food choices for me. :o)

Today i'm being really good after having a not so good day yesterday with Pizza being the dinner of choice )= At least it was a very thin crust and a big salad.

hi all,
Doing great still. Last night was tough. Had a chocolate ricotta cream. It was yum!
Boys were keeping me so busy yesterday, I didn't have time to think. Good thing there was leftover steak in teh fridge...it was all I could scarf down at dinner time. Ate my veggies 2 hours later once the boys were asleep.
Anyhow, I missed ordering my groceries yesterday, and now I am out of stock of lots of things, so today will be a challenge. They only deliver on thursdays, so I will have to get DH to pick up a few things on the way home from work. Had eggs for breakfast, but there are not veggies left in the house. So, any thoughts for lunch? I have almonds for snack...so we will see how I manage today. I can't very well get out of the house and actually grocery shop like normal people, so missing yesterdays order really messed things up.
