Good Morning Phase 2 Friends!


I messed up a little the past two days due to that darned Super Bowl food dh brought into the house....but today I am back on track and determined to stay the course. 


The vet told me to give Gandalf Ensure Plus to help him gain weight.  He's not too fond of it but he'll eat a little.  He's been getting fluids injected every day to help him stay hydrated.  We saw his bottom front two teeth were uneven again so she clipped the longer tooth.  Now hopefully he can eat more easily without too much discomfort.


It's my busy day here at work so I'll get going for now....


Breakfast:  yogurt & Kashi cereal & coffee


Lunch:  salad w/ grilled chicken & vinegarette


Snack:  ww cracker w/ lite LC cheese


Dinner:  Unsure yet.

B: Oat bran hot cereal

S: Nuts

L: Vegetarian Chili and a salad

S: Cheese wedge

D: That darn veggie-crust pizza I've been trying to make for ages, lol

De: Lemon ricotta creme

Hi everyone,


This is my first week in P2, so it has taking some adjusting to make sure I get everything in. So far so good, I think. We also over indulged this weekend. We had a house guest and went out 3 times. I still at legal stuff, but just find it is easier to do SB at home, in most cases.


Breakfast - oatmeal, glass of milk, V8


Snack - hummus with green pepper strips


Lunch - LO Shrimp from Super Bowl party with salad

Thanks for the comments on the boys. We think that they are very special. They are all from the same litter and incredibly close. We couldn't split them up.


Your name looks familiar from other cat boards, I think. Sorry to hear about little Gandalf. What are the names of the others? Stop by Kittens or IOC, we love new kitties.

Hi Gals:

Just wanted you to know that I lost ]]] today at W-I.I really believe it was my upping my exercising last week from 60 mins to 90 mins per day. Along with eating a little more that portion size made the scale go down. Going to try this again for this week.

Suzy,Hope your little one gets better in eating again.

My Menu Today (Fat Tuesday)

B=2 WW Panckes with s/f maple syrup,1/2 c blueberries & 1/2 c 1% milk for tea.

S=1c l/f yogurt

L=Cheesesteak Po'Boy[1 oz mozz cheese, onion slices, thin sliced deli roast beef,on a WW roll

S=1 apple

D=Turkey Sausage,Red Bean and Rice Casserole with 1c diced tomatoes & okra,slaad greens with F.V.

Dessert= 1 sl King Cake with 1 decaf coffee with 1/4 c 1 %


Had 48 oz of water so far New stats 159(second time around) 156/140(new goal)
