Good Morning!
Got a late start since it snowed yesterday and it took me longer to drive to work. I am having my usual yogurt & Kashi now and out of desperation I just grabbed a ww tortilla and some tomatoes & cheese to make a "pizza" for lunch. I'll be back later to see how you're all doing this Hump Day.

No hurry Suzy, Its only the beginning of the day,but its feels like the end as I was up so early this morning . Had to sing at choir for Ash Wednesday Mass.Tomorrow we're expecting our snow. They're not telling us anything new, they don't really know,some radio stations say it could rain others say were going to get the snow.. Have a nice day Hugs Maryann
My menu to is:
B=1 pepper & onion egg beater omelet with 2 strips veggie bacon,1 l sourdough roll with spreadable fruit,1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S=Akins Cappuccino Flavored Shake
L=Cottage cheese Plate
S=V8
Dinner= salad with F.V. Catfish Gumbo on a bed of brown rice & collard greens
Dessert=another shake.
48 oz water os far.

I have been really busy lately, so I have not been able to check in. Dh and I are on the road again and I am dedicating today to catch up with my email.

We are staying in a new area, so I am not sure where we will go out to eat today. I am super busy, so I am just considering picking up some cold cuts and veggies at the grocery store for lunch. I have no idea what we will do for dinner.

Good morning,
I'm basically "stuck" again/still! What else is new. At least this time my stuck is probably my own fault! I've been eating too many mostly legal treats. So, as of today I'm back into good habits.
I'm just finishing off my first litre of water. I've done the abs and the cardio and am planning on walk this afternoon if the weather is still nice.
Breakfast: 1/2c Kashi Go Lean with 1/4c. All Bran, 2 lg strawberries, 1 c. 1% milk
Snack: Cheese string
Lunch: Salad with 1/2 c. curried tuna, 1/2 tomato
Snack: 3/4 c. green grapes
Dinner: This may be a stumbler. Going out for Chinese New Year, but I'll avoid the rice and try to make healthy choices with lots of veggies.

Hi ladies -
Well, I made it through my tough week, with only a .5 gain. I wish I didn't have a gain at all, but I know .5 is better than the 3.5 the scale threatened me with yesterday! LOL
My son's birthday celebrations were fun, and I made ice cream cookie cupcakes for everyone. They were decidedly non-SBD, but the serving size was small, so it all worked out fine. Superbowl Sunday is what killed me! LOL On the plus side, I did make it to the gym four times.
Here is my getting back on track menu for today:
B: egg scramble w/bell peppers, zuchinni and feta cheese; coffee w/milk
S: cheddar cheese cube
L: veggies w/low fat dip, handful of nuts
S: Morningstar Farms buffalo wings (not sure if SBD friendly, but I figured it was a better choice than the other options I was considering!)
D: salmon grilled on Foreman, steamed brocolli, brown rice for DH and kids
S: PB yogurt

B - 2 hard-boiled eggs and a small can of tomato juice
MS - a clementine and nuts
L - tossed salad topped with leftover chili
AS - yogurt and cheese
D - salad, pot roast, fauxtatoes, carrots, and maybe another clementine for dessert
