Monday P2 Check-in!

Good morning beach buddies!

I didn't see a check-in post, so I'll get things started today. I'm glad the weekend is over, because I kept getting off track. This morning I was suprised by AF, so now all those sweet cravings make sense. I need to keep better track of these things so I can be better prepared next time! LOL

It is yucky and rainy today. But my 4 yo daughter is so loving and enthusiastic about Valentine's Day that she is making it a lovely day after all. So on her behalf (normally, I'm much more of a cynic)... HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

We'll probably be staying home today because of the weather, and hopefully I can take the opportunity to get the house picked up. DH made pizza from scratch last night and the kitchen is a wreck.

Here is my plan for the day:

B: 2 eggs w/1 pc ww toast; coffee w/milk
S: celery w/LC cheese (if I feel like I need it)
L: large salad w/leftover chicken from Saturday
S: nuts
D: either chili or homeade veggie soup - haven't decided which one I'll make yet
S: pb yogurt

Today is bright and sunny up here in Boston. We should be getting sleet tonight and then rain until tomorrow morning. At least, it will melt more snow. I am throwing DH a surprise 40th party in 2 weeks and need parking!!!

Not doing anything for Valentines Day, just hanging out at home. 24 is on tonight and we don't miss that.

B - Oatmeal with Milk and V8

S - Green pepper strips and pistachios

L - Crab Cobb Salad

S - Grapes w/cheese

D - Chicken Capri, roasted veggies and salad

Have a great day everyone!!!

Hi Leslie, Thanks for starting the thread. We're not doing to much today either as far as Valentines is concerned. We have our goodies that are allowed on the beach and that will satify us. Flowers are too expensive and last only for a use days. Plus the most inportant we have is each other. Hugs Maryann

My menu today is:

B=Micro apple Cheese melt 1/2 c 1% milk for tea

S=V8

L=1/4 ham & cheese sandwich 1c homemade veggie/chicken soup.

S=1c yogurt

D=salad greens with F.V. 3 oz pollack fish fillet, w) 1 c red beans & rice 1/2 c green beans & corn.

Dessert=Banana

48 oz of water so far. Aiming for 80 oz.

Suzy,

We have never missed an episode and we own the DVDs. It is addicting. I can't believe that Tony is back. I love him!!!

We skip V-day since DH's birthday is tomorrow. Congrats on the anniversary of the engagement.

BTW, I am so glad you found your kitten. Ours don't travel well at all. How scary that must have been for you.
