Hi Teresa!

I just wanted to see how your weekend went, and if you are feeling like you're back on track! Did you get the 3 workouts in? I sort of did - 2 aerobics workouts and a long walk. I had hoped to do 4 aerobics workouts but DS hasn't been feeling completely well so I didn't want to work out when he was awake!

Thanks for asking about my progress. I was able to get in 2 walk/runs and I worked all weekend(lots of walking). I also had a walk/run today. I just stepped on the scale to check progress. I had initially in the first phase lost 10 lbs. In phase 2,I had gained 2 lbs. I now have lost those 2+1 more!!!. Total loss 11 lbs.

I am glad you got in your workout sessions, it is tough when children are not feeling well. I have added a few more phase 2 new foods to my menus.

Let's keep going, we will make our goals.

Let's touch base on Mondays. I want to keep up with your progress and you have been a great support. I hope your weekend is great. I am going out for another walk/run today/4 times this week. One of my neighbors approached me about walking with her as well in the evenings. So I should be exercising enough soon.
