Happy Tuesday!
How was everyone's night? I have to tell you what DH did. It was pretty cute! He came home with a VDay balloon to go with my rose. We headed off to dinner. We went to Ruby's at the end of the Huntington Beach pier. It wasn't too crowded. There were tons of kids there though. Like high school kids. I felt so old! LOL Anyways, while we were waiting for our table, he gave me my gift. He handed me 3 cards. Two said Mom and one said Wife. One card was from our dog, Biscuit. One was from the kitties. He even drew little paw prints like they 'signed' it. LOL They furbabies got me a gift cert to Barnes & Noble. Sweet! The last card was from him, of course. He got me a gift cert to the Gap. I can always use clothes! It was very cute! We had a nice dinner. Went home and went to sleep. Poor guy was so tired. It was a fun evening though!
Here's my menu:
B - half Kashi Go Lean, half Uncle Sam w/ 1% milk
S - banana
L - rosemary chicken w/ roasted veggies
S - carrots, sf ff vanilla yogurt w/ mixed berries
D - leftover babyback ribs with either a salad or green beans. I know the ribs aren't SB but I can't just throw them out! ;)
S - pb yogurt w/ choc chips

Hello you guys...I feel bad that I haven't been around! And I feel even worse that I went of the diet big time yesterday. I think in total I had 2 sugar cookies (with pink icing), a handful of conversation hearts, 10 pieces of chocolates (you know the kind in the heart shaped box), and a dinner roll. Do you think I went overboard? LOL I'm determined to get back on track though and I think one of the things that helped me before was coming here and talking with you all. :o)
Here is my menu today.
Breakfast: 1/2 a cucumber
Snack: string cheese
Lunch: salad with grilled chicken
Snack: 30 pistachios
Dinner: going out but will probably have pesto chicken (no bun) and some sweet potato fries
Desert: a glass of milk (possibily with some SF chocolate milk mix)

I finally got a chance to pop in here from work where it's a zoo today.
I am currently down 15 1/2 pounds since starting SB and when I put on my bra today I notice I didn't quite fill it out in the band and the cups....and I'm still nursing! LOL! My pants are looser too....yea! I survived Valentine's very well and only had one thing off SB and that was a Hawaiian King or something like that dinner roll but it tasted super sweet so I'm sure it had a ton of sugar in it. But no cravings last night or this AM.
Breakfast....Kashi cereal w/1% MILK
AM snack.....green beans
Lunch.....started munching on deviled eggs but not sure what else.
The rest of the day.......????? It depends on how early I hit the grocery store today.
I am in St Louis and the weather is sooo beautiful today. It's sunny and in the 60's!! Great for winter!
