not enough food?

I am often hungry and I wonder if I'm eating enough sometimes. I guess I feel like if I'm feeling full I must not be losing weight. Here's what I ate today . . . I realize I was way behind in my veggies, it was just a grab and run kind of day:
Breakfast: egg, soy patty, slice of lf cheese, coffee
Lunch: seafood wrap from Subway
Snack: apple w/LC
Dinner: mushroom soup, squash, few nuts
Besides the obvious veggie issue do you think this is too little food? Sometimes when I go out to eat and eat a lot more I notice I lose weight so maybe I am stalling myself by eating too little. I'm just not sure.

This doesn't seem like enough food.
As I said, this isn't a normal day. Usually I add some veggies to my egg at breakfast, have a soup that is mostly veggies/legumes for lunch, and have more veggies at dinner. Today I had buy my lunch and I was rushed in the morning so it was an off day. I am lactose intolerant. I put soy milk in my coffee, but I haven't tried drinking it.
Maybe I'll work on eating more snacks. I'm usually fine in the morning but then I am absolutely famished all afternoon after having a small lunch followed by a small snack.
I hope the weekend will be ok! I am making breakfast for a friend tomorrow so she is eating SBD-friendly food even though she doesn't know it! Eggs with feta and spinach and those good wheat english muffins.
So, you probably are fine on a typical day with veggies.
Also, if you've been on phase 2 for a while you might want to add another serving of starch or fruit.
Hey there - This would be a very light day of eating for me. I eat much more than this. For example, I'd eat two eggs for breakfast, or one egg plus some egg beaters. Dinner looks really light to me, too. My normal dinner is a main course, plus two veggies. And I always have an evening snack, too. Sometimes just a SF fudgsicle, sometimes something more filling like yogurt w/a banana or cereal.
Not that I'm a model citizen or anything, but just for comparison sake I added my comments :) Your body type and appetite might be completely different than mine, of course. The amount of exercise you do would play a big part in how much you need, too.
I have learned that people's gut instincts are usually very accurate. So if you get the feeling that maybe you're not eating enough, then chances are you are right. I keep waiting for me to get that gut feeling that I'm not eating enouch chocolate, but it never comes. ;-)
