Hello there!
I have finally arrived to Phase 2!! Woohoo!! Fruit here I come! LOL!
Here is what i am planning on doing during the first few weeks of phase two just so that i dont over do it with the carbs. Could you guys just look over the menu that i have planned for most of the week? I think it should be the same more or less everyday with a few changes here and there.
Pre workout snack: handful of hazelnuts and 1 light babybel cheese
Workout: 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights.
Post workout breakfast: 1/2 cup of raw oats (the sloooow cooking oatmeal) with some milk and 1/2 teaspoon of natural peanut butter. coffee.
Snack (if i need it): an apple with 1 babybel light cheese
Lunch: spinach with turkey breast or something similar. tea with milk.
Snack: probably the same as the morning snack.
Dinner: Homemade tomato soup with some protein of some sort.
how do you think this looks? sometimes, I feel that i am not eating enough food since i am preety active and i workout regularly. I used to be on a 1800 - 2000 calorie diet with fruits, veggies and whole grains and it worked preety well for me except that i would always feel bloated. With the SBD that bloating is gone now so i want to stick with this. I know that SBD is not about calorie counting but i still dont want to be too low on my intake of cals. Anyone have any thoughts about this?
