Happy President's Day everyone!! Day of me and DH, which is always nice, especially since we are expecting 6-8 inches of snow here in MA.

Already been to the gym and did 20 minutes on the treadmill. Feel really good about that. I gained a pound this week, so I am extra determined to get it back off. Hadn't exercised at all since starting, but now I have been 3 days in a row. Want the scale to go down again...:)

What's everyone's plan for today? We are getting household stuff done early and then just relaxing. Declutter some stuff off the TIVO.

B - WW toast, SF FF Vanilla yogurt, milk, and V8

S - hummus with green beans

L - Greek Salad

S - grapes with LC cheese

D - chilli with roasted broccoli and salad

Have a great day everyone!! Keep up the good work!!

Hey everyone! I finally started exercising - been meaning to do that for over a year now! Starting last Wednesday, my bf and I have been walking the dogs - a lot! Like 60-90 minutes every day! The dogs are loving it and I feel so much better about myself... tired and sore, but better *inside* - where it counts! It's too early to see any results yet, which is frustrating because I am actually up a half pound since last week, but I have a feeling the pounds are going to start melting away. :-)

Today's menu...
B: 2 hard-boiled eggs and a V-8
MS: celery and hummus
L: tossed salad w/ turkey and balsamic vinegarette
AS: ff lite yogurt and some cheese
D: Shrimp Fra Diavolo over spaghetti squash (both are new to me - I'm hoping it is as good as it sounds!) We'll also have sliced tomatoes with fresh mozzerella and basil for an extra veggie and a slice or two of whole wheat sourdough toast.
S: I am looking forward to trying a vanilla ricotta creme made with the highly acclaimed Kroger-brand ricotta. :-)

It is EXCELLENT! We had it on Valentine's Day, and I am already making it again this week as it was really good! I was bummed I didn't make enough to have leftovers so I am doubling the recipe this time!

Good Evening Everyone! Welcome to some new faces and we love having you here and enjoy answering questions. :-) Sorry I wasn't there earlier....the boss had me very busy today and I had no time at work to sneak online. I am going to try to check in early before I go to work. I think they may monitor our computers and I'm afraid I'll get in trouble for posting when I am supposed to be working. LMBO!

Thanks everyone for supporting each other. I am feeling better now than I did last week. My diet is not optimal yet but it will be. I need to exercise. It's been so misty/rainy out so I'm hoping tomorrow will bring better weather for walking. Can you believe one of my tulips is trying to grow already? LOL

Sweet Dreams,
