Which Flatout Bread, which tortilla??

Just wondering, the phase 2 bread list says we should try to avoid breads labeled "low carb". So, what' the deal with the Flatout breads?
The multi-grain ones have 29 carbs, 14g fiber, 2g sugar, and list Stone Ground WW flour as the first ingredient after water.
The Low carb ones have 24 carbs, 15g fiber, 0 sugar, 1g sugar alcohol, and list Enriched Wheat flour as the second ingredient.
Which to use??
Basically same ??? for tortillas. Use WW or Low carb??
