Which SF FF pudding can we have?
The list doesn't specify pre-made or make-your-own powder mix. I got both,(jello brand) and noticed that the premade stuff has sugar alcohols. Is this OK?? I hate to throw it away.
Can anyone help??
thanks!

Both kinds should be ok, the premade and the mixes. Sugar alchohols are ok too however too much of them can cause tummy distress (good way to keep you from overeating them too).

Michelle, can you share the whole nutritional panel and ingredient list of the premade pudding you have?
