How's everyone today? Since it's Thankful Thursday, let's all put down at least one thing we are thankful for. I'm thankful it's stopped raining! :)
I did my 45 minutes last night and feeling really good! Not sure what I'll do tonight. It may just be arms and abs. Maybe I'll venture and do the kickboxing aerobics dvd. It's not one of my favorites, but it's a good workout. It's also about 45 minutes.
Not much else going on over here. Just plugging right along!
Menu:
B - 2 eggbeaters, 1 egg, dash of 1% milk and 2 veggies sausage links (I'm hoping this is enough food)
S - banana
L - veggie soup w/ brown rice
S - carrots, sf ff vanilla yogurt w/ mixed berries
D - spaghetti squash w/ Carb options garden sauce
S - Dove dark choc eggs (2)
Hope everyone has a great day!
Kristin

Hello :-)
I am thankful that, even though it is snowing AGAIN today, winter cannot last forever!
Today's plan:
B: scrambled eggs, cheese, and coffee
S: Uncle Sam with Mixed Berries (have discovered I do NOT like this dry!)
L: Not sure yet...definitely a salad, probably some soup
S: Cheese and an apple
D: Was planning to have breakfast for dinner (WG buckwheat silver dollar pancakes, Boca sausage, scrambled eggs with mushrooms and spinach, artisan multi-grain bread toast), but we did that last night so I guess tonight will be the veggie burgers.
De: PB yogurt, lol, I'm hooked
Shan
I'm also thankful that it has stopped raining here. Looking forward to a couple of days of nice weather before the rain comes back on Sunday.
Today's menu...
B: 2 hard-boiled eggs and a tomato juice
MS: fruit salad and half of a lemon-poppy muffin (planned cheat - we had a going away party for someone at work)
L: tossed salad with turkey and balsamic vinegarette
AS: yogurt and cheese
D: tossed salad, spinach and lentil soup, and taco meatballs

Mornin'!
I'm thankful that TOM is practically gone - now lets hope all that water goes with it before
Happy Thursday everyone. I am thankful that DH's surprise party is this Saturday, b/c I can't keep he secret much longer. :)
Not a bad day so far. I resisted the goodies brought down from the board meeting today and yesterday, even though the brownies with the cream sauce looked fabulous. All

Hiya ladies -
I'm getting my share of the cold bug, having come down with a sore throat this morning. Not suprising since I've been cuddling sick kids all week. I'm really bummed because this puts a damper on my couch-to-5k program. LOL... is that me that just said that?!?!
Because I'm not feeling well, I haven't been eating well either. I've been trying to load up on my Airborne tablets, drink plenty of water and eat a bit, but I don't have much of an appetite.
This is what I've had so far:
B: ricotta creme w/vanilla
L: 1/2 whole wheat quesadilla
S: about 5 of the kids pretzels
D: chicken salad w/crunchy veggies mixed in
If I feel like something after dinner I'll have a PB yogurt w/banana.
What am I thankful for? I'm thankful that we all decided to get sick during a week that DD doesn't have school!
