A Healthy Weekend P2 Check-in

Hiya girls!
Happy weekend! I decided to call it a healthy check-in and include a question for you (actually two):
1) What do you enjoy doing on the weekends that is beneficial to your health?
2) What are you doing THIS weekend that is good for you?
My answers are 1) I try to keep up my healthy eating all weekend, and use the extra time to plan my menu for the week. I also make it a point to go to the gym at least once during the weekend. 2) This weekend, I just came back from some ME time. Nothing terribly exciting, but I was able to get out by myself to do some clothes shopping.
Today's menu so far:
B: 1 egg/1 egg beater scramble w/ celery, zuchinni, ham and cheddar cheese
S: small bag of peanuts
L: chicken salad w/veggies
S: celery w/laughing cow cheese
D: not sure about dinner yet.... gotta go diggin in the fridge to see what we have.

Well this weekend I resting doing NOTHING as I hurt my back last Tuesday and
its still on the mend.

2) What are you doing THIS weekend that is good for you?
RESTING AGAIN, and reading the Sunday News. Staying on the beach,especially
today & tomorrow as I W-I on Tuesday and I'm looking for a LOSS.

Saturday Menu is:
B=2 Whole Wheat Panckes with 1c blue & cranberries,along with
S/F syrup,1/2 c 1% milk for my tea.
S=carrots
L=Kraut Weeners
S=1 banana
D= Large salad with F.V.,Crispy Onion Chicken with french fries.
Dessert=1c l/c yogurt
Sundays Menu
B=strawberry smoothie herbed green tea
S=V8
Brunch=If I'm feeling fine to drive:
Eggbeaters with Sausage with Sourdough Bread and 2 Decaf Coffees with H & H
S=1c l/c yogurt
D=Salad with F.V. Saurbraten,2 c Green Beans, 1/2 c Spetzel
Dessert= 1 Orange

I'm not usually around on the weekends.
It seems some weekends are busier than others here on the board. :) Here at my house, we are all still recovering from our various colds, so I have plenty of at home time to waste on the computer. Some weekends I'm out and about more.
Sunday's menu:
B: two egg omelette w/a hot dog (we are low on groceries! LOL)
L: leftover chicken from last night and celery w/ LC cheese
S: strawberries and banana
D: homeade whole wheat pizza
S: yogurt w/peanut butter
