Morning ladies!

I just wanted to post real quick since Suzy will be unable to.  She needs all the prayer and positive thoughts she can get right now.  Her kitten, Gracie, is very sick and may not make it.  She's having a very hard time and needs our support!

PMS is hitting hard this month with cravings.  Ugh!

Here's my day:

B - Kashi Go Lean w/1% milk

S - apple

L - spaghetti squash w/ meat sauce

S - sunflower seeds, sf ff yogurt w/ mixed berries

D - going out for mexican and not planning on staying on the diet.  :)

Prayers go out to Suzy and Gracie...Hope Gracie recovers.

I'm going to have to get back in the habit of writing everyday. It really does help me. Things are just very busy between school and family.

I'm back to phase1 again. I totally got off track and need to focus again. I began on Sunday and have already had a run in with Oreos.

Today was not good but I will post anyway.

b: nothing

s: nothing

l: slim jim

s: crab salad

d: grilled fish with grilled asparagus.

s: probably some baby bell cheese and a popsicle.

I'll try to be a regular like I was last year so I can get to know you all better. I'm happy there are still some of the old regulars here through.

Cheers!

Tricia.
