Whew!! It is finally Friday!! I am so happy. Been tired at night this week. Going to be about an hour earlier every night. Hope I catch up soon. Other than that, everything is fine. Ate well all week. Went to the gym. Going strong.


How is everyone else doing?


Before I post my plan for today, wanted to send out P&PT for Suzy and Gracie. Keep the faith. Miracles do happen. (((hugs)))


B - SF FF Vanilla yogurt, 1 slice 9 grain bread, milk, V8


S - pistachios


L - LO Oven Fried Chicken and a salad


S - Pear and cheese


D - Marinated Steak with Roasted broccoli and a salad.

Hello to all. It's a beautiful day with the sun shining bright. I got my workout done so I don't have to worry about that today. Yesterday I did really good until last night. I went to my nephew's basketball game out of town. It was the district finals and his team won, yay. Well, they don't serve anything health at basketball games so I ended up eating nachos. I will do better today.

B - half ww bagel with lf cream cheese
sn - popcorn and nuts
L- seafood wrap
sn - yogurt
D - tilapia and veggies
de - I have to be strong after supper, I am going to a scrap book event and they always have munchies out, hopefully there will be some fruits and veggies.

Thanks for starting the thread. I beg to differ with you about making up lost sleep.I couldn't sleep two nights ago and the next night I went to bed 1 hour early. Well!! that night I woke up at 3A.M. and for the life of me couldn't get back to sleep,bing a zombie the whole day. I would suggest to go to bed regular time. It least that what works for me. Hope you find your ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ's Hugs:) Maryann

My menu today is:

B=veggie omelet Herbed tea

S= 1 c l/f yogurt

L=Lobster club salad

S= 5 marintated mushrooms

D= salad with F.V. Grouper fish fillet 1/2 FF refried beans with mushrooms.

Dessert 1 c of yogurt with berries.

Had 44 oz of water.

Afternoon ladies! Hope you're all having a good week. I'm completely off schedule - dh has been out of town last weekend & he is gone again this weekend so we had our "weekend" on Tues & Wed. Really throws me off as to what day of the week it is! Not been doing too bad - the eating out part could be better. We've decided that eating out is the area where we are the weakest so except for one possible dinner date with friends, we are not eating out at all this month. I think it will make a difference not only on the budget (that $5 here & $10 there adds up!) but on our diet. It is too easy to say, oh splitting a small serving of french fries isn't so bad...but then you want more the next day...& don't want to share, lol! ) = No more!

Thanks for advice MaryAnn, but I am not having problems sleeping. I am having problems staying awake at night!!
