I started P2 today. I decided to add one serving of "carbs" and one serving of fruit this week. (one bread and one fruit) I am looking forward to added more, but I thought I should take it slow to start with. I still find it difficult to get all my veggies in, I am worried that it will be even more difficult once I add starches/carbs back into my diet. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it:)

Well I started phase 2 last Monday and I added plenty carbs back- but all good ones at least. My body just did not work well without fiber- real non soluble fiber plus I missed my wine at supper a lot. Fruit I could actually take or leave. Anyway I added a high fiber cereal most mornings, usually no carbs for lunch or snacks and a WW carb (rice, pasta, bread) and wine with most suppers. I also ate popcorn twice, but 2 cups just didn't do much for me. I lost 1.5 so far this week and my weight day is Monday, so we'll see if it gets to 2. Which is all I lost a week on part 1 anyway. I did make the SB brownies today though and had one for for dessert. It's PMS time for me and I was really wanting something chocolate.
