I started P2 today. I decided to add one serving of "carbs" and one serving of fruit this week. (one bread and one fruit) I am looking forward to added more, but I thought I should take it slow to start with. I still find it difficult to get all my veggies in, I am worried that it will be even more difficult once I add starches/carbs back into my diet. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it:)
