Good Morning Dear P2 Friends!
I swear weekends go by faster than work days. LOL I am here at work but will be driving 30 minutes each way back home over lunch to force feed my Gracie. I need to feed her every 5 hours or so. I think she's gaining a little weight so that is good. I am still praying like crazy that this is not a fatal disease. Thanks for your thoughts & prayers. ((((Hugs))))
I think I lost a couple pounds since last week due to stress and actually forgetting to eat while being so consumed with worry for Gracie & Gandalf. Not the healthiest way to lose but I'll still take it.
I didn't plan well so far....
Breakfast: nutrigrain bar (not SB food but I had to grab something and was out of yogurt).
Lunch: Leftover ww pasta & tomato sauce
(Have doctor's appt late afternoon to check out my soar knee so I'll miss my snack)
Dinner: Unsure. Some lean meat & Veggies I suspect or salad
Talk to you later!

(((Suzy)))
So glad to
Hi all!
I'm home (finally) and still waiting to hear whether I'll be on the road again next week or not...nothing like having them wait until the last minute to tell me, right?
On the plus side, even with the frustration of limited options and semi-regular forays off-plan, I did manage to drop the 2 pounds I was up when I left :-) I imagine that if I had actually been able to do my yoga/Pilates as planned, it would have been better results! The DVD player on my laptop wasn't working, so hopefully I'll get that fixed this week before I have to leave again (if I do).
I have to confess that I've been being bad since I got home :-( I've been pretty tired in general, probably the jet lag, and have been just ordering the first thing that sounds yummy instead of actually thinking it through (there was no food in the house when I got home, and we had some visits to make this weekend, so more eating out, yuck). Today didn't start off well either, but I'm hoping to pull it back together starting now!
B: Egg and cheese bagel sandwich and a latte
S: skipped it, breakfast was at least filling although not good for me
L: Jamaican Black Bean & Vegetable soup and a salad
S: Probably baby carrots and dip
D: Haven't decided yet, but I'm thinking either stir-fry or some kind of entree salad
De: PB yogurt or grapes
