Humpday Wednesday Phase 2 Check In!

Morning ladies!

This week seems to be creeping by.  Why can't the weekends go by this slowly?  LOL

I did my arms and abs last night.  I'm actually seeing some definition in my arms.  WooHoo!  Loving that!  Tonight I'll do the slim in 6 workout(40 minutes).

Suzy, still thinking about you!

I volunteer to visit elderly and disabled people.  I've been talking with this one lady since before Christmas.  I never felt like she really needed a visitor.  Her granddaughter lives with her and she has a lot of support from her church.  So, I emailed the coordinator and was reassigned to a terminally ill woman in a care facility.  I'm going to call today and see if I can go by this weekend.  She just wants someone to talk too.  Apparently, she was also a gourmet chef.  Cool!  For the program I'm involved in, there are about twice as many people needing visitors as there are volunteers.  If you ever want to volunteer, this is a great thing to do!  I highly recommend it!  The program I work with only requires an hour a week.  Who doesn't have that to make a difference in someone's life?  It's very rewarding!

Ok, off my soapbox now!

Here's my menu:

B - pb oatmeal

S - veggie quiche cup

L - chicken cesar salad (I know this isn't going to be enough food)

S - sunflower seeds (if necessary), green apple, sf ff vanilla yogurt w/ mixed berries

D - mexican pizza on ww pita, small salad and an orange (does this seem like too much?)

S - 3 girl scout cookies

Have a good day!
