Does anyone have any suggestions for easing water retention short of a strong diuretic.. they always give me muscle cramps.. even with extra potassium.. I add no sodium, always ck sodium levels, and try to get in ALL my water each day.. anyone else have a prob?

HI!I know you are going to think this is weird but it works. a dietian told a friend of mine about this and it has always worked for me.get a coffee mug and fill it with water
heat it up till its hot( hot coca hot!) add
lemon juice from a whole lemon and drink it! nonthing else in it just water and lemon.
I just gulp it down in big gulps, its hard becouse it is hot. but I have to say it works:)Jennifer
