Hope everyone is doing great today. Today is my dd's talent show. She's in the first grade and all of sudden started to get a little nervous. I'm nervous for her. I'm sure she'll do just fine.
b: 2 eggs w/ spinach and feta
s: mozz stick
l: salad with chicken and cucumbers
s: celery with almond butter
d: grilled fish with squash, zucchini and onions
s: sf popsicles
wo: 40 min cardio elliptical trainer

My menu today:
B= 2 WW waffles with s/f syrup & 2 tbs apple sauce on top. 1/2 c 1% milk for tea.
S= 1 c l/f yogurt
L= mex quesadilla salad with Italian dress.,1 s/f fudgsicle
S=1 orange
D=salad with F.V.Chinese Sweet & Sour Cashew Chicken served with lo mein noodles Mini egg rolls
Dessert= 1c yogurt
Hello all. I'm back after not posting or reading the posts for a few days. I was in meetings for work and busy witht he kids, and as a result (or excuse) I didn't eat very well. At least I didn't gain anything back. I'm back on schedule now, I know I have said that before too. I am surprised that I am not have cravings. Here is my menu for today.
B - oatmeal and ww/ toast and pb
sn - apple and string cheese
L - turkey brat, sourcraut, squash
sn - yogurt
D - ? I can't decide yet
de - sf fudge bar

Just popping in to say hello. Good day so far. No exercise planned since we shop tonight, but will get to the gym tomorrow.

Hi everyone!
Here's what's going on with me... I've been snacking all day-- no real meals yet!
B-ish: Turkey and string cheese roll-up, Diet DP
S-ish: Banana milkshake SBD-style (skim milk, ice, banana, and DaVinci white chocolate syrup, blended)
Another S-ish: peanuts and LC cheese wedge, V-8
Another S-ish/lunch-ish: Cottage cheese with a little vanilla FF yogurt and blueberries and almonds on top
Another S-ish: Hummus with a whole red bell pepper
Dinner: Lots of veggies (a huge salad and broccoli-- I'm lacking on vegetables today so far), 3-bean vegetarian chili
D: FF/SF chocolate pudding with a dab of FF rediwhip.
