Good Saturday morning to all of you. Any plans for today? We're going to the "outhouse" races...Should be fun.
b: 2 eggs w/ spinach and turkey bacon
s: mozz stick
l: turkey sandwich w/ veggies
s: not sure maybe some cashews
d: probably eat out tonight so I'll try to make a wise sb diet decision
s: sf popsicle
wo: no gym today but I'll be moving around plenty today

Can't do anything this weekend as its snowing again.First it started as rain and it melted all the old snow hehe! and now it starting all over again.Hugs Maryann
my menu today(sat)
B=2 WW waffles, with blueberries and s/f syrup and 1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S=v8
L=2 l/f hot dogs on 2 WW hot dog rolls with saurkraut & mustard,salad greens
S= 1c l/f yogurt
D= salad with F.V. veggie chili with green beans & tomato paste on a bed of Brown rice
Dessert=mixed berries
Sunday Menu
B= 2 sausage link coins between 2 cheeses,1/2 1% milk for tea
S=4 Figs
Brunch=Portigese Ometlet 2c decaf coffee with H&H
S=1c l/f yogurt
D=salad with f/v Veggie Italian Sauasge on a bed of red beans & rice.
Dessert=1 fruit smoothie
Stuck in the house with snow all day. Clearing stuff off the Tivo. Did a little housework, but mainly relaxing.
B - WW toast, SF FF Lemon Chiffon Yogurt, Milk, V8
S - cheese stick
L - SB Salad w/ Tuna
S - Apple with cheese
D
It was a beautiful day here in Dallas-- spent most of it outside with the kids!
B: Apple with natural pb, V-8
S: Diet DP, cheese stick
L: Vegetarian chili (2 servings) with melted shredded cheese on top
S: Red bell pepper with hummus
D: Huge salad with grilled lemon-pepper chicken and balsamic vinegarette
De: FF/SF Chocolate pudding with a dab of FF rediwhip
Tons of water and 2 doses of metamucil pre-meals. If someone sees something wrong with my meals, PLEASE let me know. I've done this before (successfully), but this stall is HARD!!! I WILL get past this stall, I will get past this stall... right???!!!

Kim, you menu looks awesome! Just keep moving and get plenty of exercise. That should help get you over your stall. Remember you body will do all it can to keep you at your present weight. Keep eating that healthy food and exercise and you'll win over time. Hang in there!! Great job!!!

Thank you! I needed to hear that. It's just so frustrating... I KNOW stalls are part of it, but I don't like it at all! :-) I went to a power stretch class today (no cardio, but it was a GREAT class and I felt so good after it was over) and will do the cardio/weight thing 3x this week. I just feel like I'm working SO hard with little/no results. I WILL conquer this stall though. Thanks again for your support!!!
