Hi, I'm new here & so excited to find this board. I've been on the SBD for 16 days & lost 13 lbs. I'm excited to have found a diet that shows results & I actually feel I can stick to this!
I'm ready to start phase 2 but I'm having some reservations, more fear I guess, of leaving the comfort of phase 1. I'm so afraid of adding too much back, not seeing a weight loss, & getting discouraged. How do you know how much is too much short of getting on the scale?
Also, my questions is about a new pasta that came out called the Barilla Plus pasta. Its supposed to be "more nutritionally delicious," and made with "multi-grains" & "rich with healthy Omega-3."
The ingredients are: semolina, grain & legume flour blend (lentils, chickpeas, oats, spelt, barley, egg whites, ground flaxseed, & wheat fiber), niacin, ferrous lacate (iron), thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
Total carbs: 38g
Dietary fiber: 4g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 10
Is this pasta ok occassionally? Or shouls I stick to whole wheat pasta intead?
Thanks!
Doreen

Hi Doreen,
Welcome to the board!
Hi Doreen,
They just started carrying Barilla Plus pastas in my store, and I bought some, including elbows and penne, my favorite.
