Quick Weight Loss Plan - NOT

Hey, I finally came up with a quick weight loss plan. I had the pleasure of having a colonoscopy last week! Ugh. What an awful procedure. I lost 4 lbs in one day. How 'bout that!? But of course, it all came back because it was all water weight (an no food for 2 days). I don't recommend it

But I figured it was a good starting  point to get back on track.  I haven't exercised in a week either so am feeling rather blob-like.  Can't wait for the warm weather!

WHOA, that could not have been pleasant. Yuck. Let's all stick to fiber supplements, which are natural colon/intestine cleansers!!!

I appreciate your sharing your experience, though, because I know a lot of people consider that as a quick way to lose a few pounds. Supposedly it helps flatten your stomach temporarily. Any change there?

Not that I want to try that, but just curious.

Yeah, it flattened my stomach for about 24 hours. But after they hydrated me again with two bags of saline, it was back to normal. And of course the whole time I was thinking weight loss...I have to be honest here...and thinking that those pounds I lost might stay away. Just goes to show you how NUTS the weight issue is. Why in the world would I think that

Yuck! You poor thing! I know my Mom has been down that road several times and she said the prep stuff is worse than the actual test.

Kathy, the camera that you swallow only allows the doctor to view the upper portion of the GI tract. To view the lower portion they still need to go the other route.
