How is everyone doing? At the urging of our wonderful cls I went to phase 2. I've been doing great and haven't cheated at all since last Tuesday. AF is coming, so weight loss isn't happening right now, but it will when it's over. Just had my oatmeal breakfast. Yummy and so filling. The peanut butter cups are filling my need for dessert at night.

Happy Sunday everyone!

South Beach 'Peanut Butter Cup'
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 no-sugar-added Fudgesicle
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
1-2 tablespoons fat-free frozen whipped topping or whipping cream

Instructions
Take a no-sugar-added Fudgesicle and scrape it off the stick (microwaving it for about 15 seconds helps). Then add 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1-2 tablespoons of fat-free frozen whipped topping or whipping cream. Mix together and enjoy.

(personally I prefer to freeze it again a little while after its mixed. I put them in individual custard cups and freeze about 30 min - then it has a texture JUST like eating soft serve ice cream - otherwise to me it just tasted like melted ice cream! Sometimes I also put it in popscicle molds and freeze it, or we do big batches - for the kids and friends, etc. and put in the ice cream maker to firm it up)

Today went okay. I started with
Breakfast: Uncle sam cereal and 2 slices of turkey bacon.
For a snack I had a cheese stick
For lunch I had....hmmmmm, something, but I forgot. Sorry. I think I am still suffering from pregnant brain.
For dinner we made the rosemary Salmon. YUMMMMMMMYYYYYYY. Also some veggies and pita bread with olive oil and hummus.

I did cheat and had a milky way mini. mmmmmmmmm I really miss those.
