more phase 2 questions!

Hi!
I just read the post about starting phase 2 two different ways - I'm thinking that I can start with phase two, and start with one fruit and one starch a day, do this for about 2 weeks, then gradually add more in - I am figuring that the elimination of sweets and white flours etc. alone will help me lose weight!! I'm a carb/sugar junky and I really need this to feel better and lose some weight!
what do you guys think about this?
also - what about cheeses and yogurt - do they have to be reduced calorie and sugar free?? or can I just have one or two servings a day of the regular stuff?

Yes, you sure can!
Larissa, you do need to choose the lower & non-fat and no-sugar-added varieties.
