Ok, so i thought this would be a peice of cake... oops Sugar free, no-processed, whole wheat cake..lol
I've live a lifestyle (new vs what i was before) the last 2 weeks, and seen amazing results.
19lbs lost in 2 weeks. Which is amazing for me.
So I was looking forward to today, and knowing I can have a apple, or an orange, or a bowl of Uncle sams cereal. BUT my Gosh, I am afraid... not to introduce them, because i know its great, and I'm stoked to have them again. Its the fact that I know this fast weight loss is done, and now it will be moderate, and good gradual. (Which i want) But i guess i just dont wanna mess up.
So I'm asking for a Quick run down help.
How would it be, if i have this as a Menu??
I have 2 examples, that i'll probably go back and forth with.
EXAMPLE 1:
Breakfast
½-1 cup Uncle Sam's Cereal w/ ½ of 1% milk
Snack
1 fudgesicle
Lunch
Salad, w/sprinkled 2% RF cheese, and SBF kraft Ital.
w/ some home grilled Chicken.
Snack
Apple, or Orange, or some Grapes
Dinner
Grilled Chicken, Green Beans & Salad (salad same as lunch)
Snack
pistachios nuts (30)
EXAMPLE 2:
Breakfast
2 eggs scrambled Omlet, with Canadian Bacon, and 2% RF
Cheese
Snack
Apple, orange, Grapes, or strawberries
Lunch
Chilli (either homemade, or from Wendy's)
Snack
SBD Peanut Butter Cup
Dinner
Steak (top round, or London Broil) Green Beans & Salad
Snack
pistachios nuts (30) or might skip this snack (depend on
When we finally have dinner.
What would you change, if anything to these? or what would you add?
to help make Phase 2 go smoother?

For your cereal breakfast, go with the full portion that's recommended.
