Hello P2ers!
I just wanted to stop by to let you know I haven't fallen off the planet. It's been a very busy couple weeks and I'm so sleep deprived I can barely get out of "autopilot" mode. I'm back to work full-time this week but have to drive all the way home for a couple hours over lunch to give medicines & feed both Gandalf & Gracie. I will give an update here later on. I still don't know yet what's wrong.
How are you all doing? Are you excited about it being spring at last? How's the exercise going? Have you had any successes or struggles? I want to hear all about it!
I am not strictly on SB today but I've had a nutrigrain bar so far and a yogurt with coffee.
I haven't decided on lunch yet. Probably ww bread & turkey & lite cheese and a salad.
I'll check back later. Have a fabulous day!!

Melissa, that menu sure sounds yummy!
Suzy,
I am not loosing right now. It is driving me crazy. But I think I am just converting the fat into muscle. So I kind of expected it a bit. But I have dropped several inches. So that helps to keep me going.
I am just plugging away. I saw a receipe on here earlier today for strawberry pancakes and I am thinking I might just have that tonight for dinner with some turkey bacon....MMMMMMM They sound so good and I just bought strawberries last night. Both frozen and fresh.
Good luck. I know that if I hang in here my body will give up the weight sooner or later. HA HA

I am so proud of you for sticking with it and realizing losing inches is just as awesome as pounds!
I haven't been great today-- actually not enough food. I'm been on the go all day so I have barely eaten... trying to make up for it now. :-)
B: None
S: Cheese stick and 2 handfuls of peanuts
L: Kraft SB 4 cheese pizza, banana "shake"
That's it so far...
But now I'm about to load up on veggies... A whole red bell pepper with hummus and V8 for my next snack and I'll have a huge salad with chicken and chick peas and asparagus for dinner. And lots of water.
I'm also exercising like crazy and am trying a new class tonight at the gym. I put on a pair of size 8 jeans today and they fit GREAT! My goal is to be a 6! I've only lost 4 lbs. so far, but I can definitely tell a difference so I'm trying to stay positive. Hopefully the scale will follow along soon!
Gotta run. Have a great rest of the day, Everyone!

Holy Cow Kim.....a size 6????? I want to be a size 6. I don't think I will ever be that skinny. I don't think my body is that small. I can't wait to get into a size 10.
4 lbs is great too. I have dropped 6 total so far....but like I said before, I have dropped several inches so I can definitely feel it also.
Anyway I wanted to tell you congrats on the size 6 thing. that is great.

That's the depressing thing....just over a year ago when I was at goal weight I wore size 6 or 8.
