Do you think this is ok for phase 2?

It's an oatmeal drink-from central/south america-ingredients are skim milk, water, oats, stabilizers and sucralose....68 calories, 0 fat, 12g carbohydrates-1 g fiber, 4.6g. protein. It's a filling quick breakfast. Do you think it would be okay once in a while? I had one for breakfast because it's been in my pantry forever.
