Do you think this is ok for phase 2?

It's an oatmeal drink-from central/south america-ingredients are skim milk, water, oats, stabilizers and sucralose....68 calories, 0 fat, 12g carbohydrates-1 g fiber, 4.6g. protein. It's a filling quick breakfast. Do you think it would be okay once in a while? I had one for breakfast because it's been in my pantry forever.

Yes that was the order of the ingredients-the stabilizers were carageenan (sp?) and something else. Don't remember now. I had it yesterday but it was the only one I had so if I have it again it will just be once in a while. I think it's a good way to get in a dairy serving though. Thanks!
