Hi everyone. Well, we are almost 1/2 way through the work week. HOOOOORRRRRAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!

Here is my stuff for today.
Breakfast - Uncle sam cereal, V8, Cheese stick
Snack - Celery with LC cheese
Lunch - Salad, SF pudding
Snack - veggies and hummus
Dinner - Not quite sure yet.
Desert - SBD Peanut butter cup - of course.

Last night I made buckwheat pancakes topped with lite whipcream and strawberries. My 5 year old loved it too. We had eggs and turkey bacon and milk. It was quick and easy and oh so yummy.

I hope you all have a great craving free day.

Those buckwheat pancakes sound delicious - I'll have to search for the recipe. Here's what I have for today:

B - 2 hardboiled eggs, glass of milk
L - split pea soup and salad (w/ chickpeas, olives, hearts of palm and red peppers)
S - SBD cereal bar
D - boca burger with brocolli
S - fudgesicle

BTW, the weather here in NYC is fantastic! Spring has really sprung.

Katie, I didn't make them from scratch...it was a box mix. I was so happy. I just found it in Safeway. I looked at the ingredients and they were all SBD friendly. Yipppeeee. I will have to see who made it and then I can post it.

YAY for spring.

Hi Melissa,
Even better that they came from a box! The easier the better, is what I say. Definitly post who made it - hope they have it in New York. It's exciting to start adding these types of thing back in.

Hi Everyone!

Yes, Melissa, do tell on those pancakes! Yum!

I just got back from a 1 1/2 hour workout (heavy on the upper body today) so I'm already pooped and it's only 1:00 p.m. :-)

B: Banana, V8
S: Mozzerella cheese stick, milk
L: Tuna salad on lots of greens, cucumber, tomato, ceaser dressing; blueberry smoothie from the gym (just found out today that it has frozen yogurt in it-- not good-- so I'll make this an occasional treat. I was drinking them a couple of times a week before I realized that!)
S: Red bell pepper, hummus, HB egg
D: Baked portabello mushrooms with pine nuts and blue cheese, baked sweet potato, salad, chicken
Dessert: Frozen PB cup, milk

Lots of water, 2 diet Dr. Peppers and a huge cup of decaf. green tea in there somewhere.

Have a great day!
