Hi Everyone!

How's everyone doing today? What's your menu looking like?

It's beautiful today in Dallas. Gonna take advantage of this great weather and spend some time outside with the kids this afternoon.

Here's my menu...

B: V8, 2 HB eggs with hummus
S: One slice swiss cheese, peanuts, diet Dr. Pepper
L: Bean burrito (Tortilla Factory ww tortilla, black beans, avacado, cheese, salsa, a dab of ff sour cream), red bell pepper, salad
S: Banana "shake"
D: Going out with girlfriends to my fave Mexican place. Gonna have Modern Chicken (basically chicken and vegetable fajitas with no tortilla) and a glass of wine (miss that margarita, but not enough to have one...)

Hi Kim,

Not doing too shabby today either.

Breakfast - Uncle Sam cereal, Milk, yogurt
Snack - Celery with hummus
Lunch - Salad, Chicken Breast, SF pudding
Snack - Cheese stick
Dinner - I have no idea. Last night we had Chicken roll ups. Pretty yummy
Desert - SBD PBC - as usual. YUMMMMM, I can't wait for that one.

Ready for a nap...zzzzz....oh, wait, I can't. I am at work. Darn.

Hello ladies,

After the potential to have a damaging lunch, I've turned it all around for today. Hooray! Here is what I have:

B - banana shake (yogurt, skim milk, banana) & 2 wasa crackers with laughing cow cheese
S - string cheese
L - Diet Pepsi, piece of salmon, asparagus, romaine lettuce with ceaser, 1/3 avocado
S - yogurt
D - Not sure yet - maybe curried chicken salad w/ triscuits & more veggies...
D - SBD PBC! (love 'em)

Am having an OK day today. Still struggle with cravings more so on P2 than on P1, but I guess I can't stay on P1 forever! :)

B: 1/2 Orange, Coffee

Mid AM: PB Yogurt

L: Green Salad w/ Tomatoes, Cukes, LF Feta, Chickpeas and Dressing

Mid PM Snack: Curried Chicken Salad Wrap with peppers and celery and other 1/2 an orange

Dinner: Veggie Omelette w/ LF cheese

Snack: Ricotta Creme or SF Pudding

Finally starting to warm up here in N.W. Ohio. Yesterday it was 73° and beautiful...not like the cold, windy, rainy weather we've been having here. Today it started off warm, then the winds picked up and the weather turned cold again. Winter weather just doesn't want to leave the midwest.

My menu for today:

B- 1 waffle(made from the SBD strawberry pancake recipe)
w/SF syrup and Fleischman's Olive Oil Spread
coffee and water
S- nothing
L- grilled lean hamb. pattie w/mustard
Kidney bean salad
8 oz. 1% milk
S- orange
D- "KFC" chicken breast
asparagas
brown rice w/Fleischman's spread
8 oz 1% milk
coffee
S- cut up raw veggies w/laughing cow lf cheese wedge

water..water..water!

I'm having a run around town like a chicken with my head cut off and accomplish nothing day today.

Here's what I had:

Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled with a spoonful of pesto mixed in. Coffee.

Snack: String cheese.

Lunch: Roasted eggplant parmesan.

Snack: Starbucks fat free, sugar free vanilla latte (not really a snack, I guess... more of a treat? Don't know) and about 5 Thai chili lime cashews (oh, they are good! )

Dinner: Roasted chicken, cucumbers, baked sweet potato with a little lime squeezed on instead of butter (it sounds odd, but it is awesome. Try it!!)

Dessert: Wine. Maybe a little tea with my Silk soy creamer... I just can't give that up. I did one day on P1 with de-caf skim milk coffee and decided I would rather eat a bug. Blech! So, I did the entire phase one with regular coffee and my Silk, and still managed to drop 10 pounds.
